Hope Enterprise Corporation (HEC) is a community development financial institution (CDFI) dedicated to strengthening communities, building assets and improving lives in under-resourced communities throughout Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee.

To strengthen the financial health and wealth of people in under-resourced Deep South communities.

To be valued in the Deep South and nationally as a leader in improving conditions for people living in under-resourced places; and influencing the policies and practices that affect these communities, all in a manner that prioritizes the needs and aspirations of those we serve.
